Worked once then died. I used this product once to jump start my car after charging Harley Davidson Bank Repo the required initial period. I needed Harley Davidson Bank Repo again but Harley Davidson Bank Repo was dead. I charged Harley Davidson Bank Repo fully and tried to use Harley Davidson Bank Repo again a week later. No juice. The battery doesn’t hold a charge.

Unfortunately this item cannot be returned. Don’t waste your money, buy something of higher quality.

Works fine on an ’81 Subaru.. Bought one of these Black & Decker 300 Amp jump starters last month–and had to use Harley Davidson Bank Repo the other day when my ’81 Subaru’s battery finally died. Followed the instructions for a positive terminal battery hook-up, attached the ground clamp to car frame (must be bare metal!!!), turned on the jumper and hopped in the car to turn the ignition. Voila! Immediate start from a cold engine.

Very modest size and easy to stash in a vehicle. Nice that the metal clamps are stored efficiently right on the unit. Instructions note that units are already partially charged before shipping and to charge for some additional time once the green light starts to flicker during wall charging.

Time saver. We found that Motorcycle Repo Auctions is so much easier to use than expected. Motorcycle Repo Auctions eliminates carrying several tools. Thanks for the great tool.

Great Gift. Motorcycle Repo Auctions was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law, so it’s hard to review. I know he’ll love it! Service was great and arrived as promised.

What a waste. This is the second “Auto” tool that I got from B&D that just sucks. Motorcycle Repo Auctions just doesn’t tighten enough to be of any use. I can understand the safety issues of why Motorcycle Repo Auctions won’t close too tight in case Motorcycle Repo Auctions is used on something like a finger, but in order to tighten a nut and bolt, you need something to tighten on that, and this just doesn’t.

Design Faulty. I bought this to trickle charge my car that I rarely drive. This battery has “Float Mode” that is supposed to do this. The instructions say Sacramento Public Car Auction should go into this mode automatically after fully charging. I waited days but Sacramento Public Car Auction never switched to Float Mode; meanwhile the built in fan is running 24/7. So I emailed B&D for help. The gal who replied, Barbara Barr, didn’t know the product, and on top of it, insisted all new batteries, my Die Hard included, are Gel type. I went back and forth with her for days, telling her that a Sears battery dept head told me they only make Wet type. What’s more, I can take the caps off the cells and see the liquid. She insisted Sacramento Public Car Auction was a Gel type. I gave up on the online support and called the help number on the instructions. Nobody at their call center knew much about this charger. They set up a call back from someone at their headquarters. Sacramento Public Car Auction took a couple of days to talk due to time differences. This man, Robert, was helpful and knew the product. The instructions should have explained that the charger switches to Float Mode only after the you first fully charged it, then left Sacramento Public Car Auction hooked up while the battery slowly loses its charge. Once Sacramento Public Car Auction falls below 12.6v then Sacramento Public Car Auction should go into Float Mode. In this mode, as its topping up the charge, the fan comes on, but should go off in between. The design flaw is, the built in fan stays on 24/7 until the charge falls below 12.6v even if this takes weeks. The fan is to cool the CPU, but should only need that when the charger is charging and generating heat. Sacramento Public Car Auction should have been programmed to turn the fan off while its waiting to go into float mode. Or, Sacramento Public Car Auction should go into float mode immediately after Sacramento Public Car Auction fully charges. Or, they could give you a manual switch to put Sacramento Public Car Auction in float mode.

They could of had a good product. Its so close. Yet, its flawed. I’ll keep Sacramento Public Car Auction because there are no good alternatives in the same price range. But you have to tolerate the bad design.

Works well for RVs!. I’ve only used this charger on my RV batteries and it’s worked like a champ. When I camp where there is no power hookup, I can plug Sacramento Public Car Auction into my 5500 watt generator and Sacramento Public Car Auction will fully charge my bank of 4 Group 27 Deep Cycle batteries in 4-5 hours using the 40-amp mode. The RV’s internal charger would take over a full day to do the same.

This thing is light-weight, easy to carry around and very easy to use if you have some basic knowledge of battery chargers. I showed Sacramento Public Car Auction to a fellow RVer and he was impressed enough to buy one for himself.

good product. Bought Police Repossession Auction as a gift after having purchased one last summer. Very handy and frequently used.

Works for me. The B&D VEC026BD is a replacement for a previous similar product. I had been looking around at various replacement options for several months before settling on the VEC026BD. Police Repossession Auction has the same characteristics and abilities as the one Police Repossession Auction replaces (including the light and compressor). While clearly this should not be the only option one has for a compressor or power inverter, the VEC026BD does the job Police Repossession Auction is designed to do. I have not yet had to use Police Repossession Auction to jump start a vehicle (really – the primary objective). However, based upon the reviews of others, and if one keeps to the plan of keeping the unit sufficiently charged (on A/C charging power at least once a month), the VEC026BD serves a very useful purpose and I recommend it.

Initially I was trying to recharge Police Repossession Auction after every single usage, but it’s not always convenient. Last time I jump started my car 4 times before I could recharge it. Surprisingly, Police Repossession Auction still works perfectly.

Start It. What an awesome product. Great for the College or Highschool student who needs a quick jump start of the battery or air in their car’s tires. My son keeps his in his trunk and has used Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park twice since he received it. Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park is like having AAA service without waiting 45 minutes for them to show up.

Solid Dependable Product. I am a single female who owns a vehicle with a “mystery” electrical problem, which tends to drain the battery. I purchased this product as a temporary “fix” until I can have the electrical problem fixed. My son purchased a different product which only inflates your vehicle’s tires. When he brought Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park home he suggested I should purchase one for my tires. I just chuckled and said, “Wait here one moment.” (I couldn’t resist “trumping” him with my new purchase.) His eyes widened and he proceeded to head outside with my new starter/inflator to put air in his truck’s tires. Needless to say, his purchase was returned and he’ll be purchasing a Black & Decker starter/inflator. He said Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park worked great. We live in an extremely rural area and both features of the product are indispensable to us. Even when you’re out, it’s not always easy to find someone willing to “jump” your vehicle. While working as a waitress (working the night shift) I had left my headlights on. Of course, after my shift my car’s battery was dead. My “regulars”, five elderly gentlemen, were still having their coffee and I asked if anyone could help me. Within minutes they were all standing outside with similar products in hand. I was so impressed I promised myself that someday I would own one too and now I do. It’s also nice to know I no longer have to search for a place with an air hose that actually works. I’m a die-hard Black & Decker fan and own several cordless tools which I use frequently. I felt this product was not only easy to use; but, very reasonably priced for the convenience and peace of mind Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park provides. I no longer have to worry about being “stranded” late at night or waiting on a family member or friend to come “rescue” me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a starter/inflator.

No 12-volt DC outlet. The product I received didn’t include the 12-volt accessory outlet. I consider Atlanta Access Auction Forest Park an important feature so I returned it.

got the wrong item. I thought I bought this item to charge my batteries in the car.

It didn’t mention that I have to physically take the batteries out to charge it.

How am i going to do that? considering that I got this item to begin with so that this product claims, I can do Sacramento Car Impound myself, when i don’t know anything about cars.

A great battery charger. When I tried to start my truck, the starter only rattled. I connected this charger at 6-amps and checked Sacramento Car Impound out periodically as the battery charged. Sacramento Car Impound preformed just as the advertised. Previously, I tried Sacramento Car Impound on an old marine boat battery and Sacramento Car Impound showed a fault which I suspected. Be sure and read and understand the instruction pamphlet.

My only criticism is that the storage compartment for the cables is too small. I don’t want to fold them as tightly as shipped. For those that may have had problems, Just read and follow the instructions!

Sacramento Car Impound is a neat little charger if you want to top off a good battery, but, it’s very light weight and I have found that the better chargers are heavier in weight because the internal electrical parts are more “Robust” to handle higher charge rates and be more durable. sometimes you can tell by the weight that the parts are more “Heavy Duty” , but not always. I would call Sacramento Car Impound unit a “SAMPLE”. – also, the terminal clamps are too small to go around a top post, they barely bite onto post.

Good Code Reader. I was able to diagnose my problem and make a repair that the mechanic wanted $400 to maybe fix. Worked fine intially, but Bank Repossessed Cars Atlanta didn’t last long. The numbers are clear even at night however after just 5 days of operation, the green back light died so I can’t see anything at night. The meter still works so I can only use Bank Repossessed Cars Atlanta during the day. I called their tech support and said that they’ll replace this one if I return the faulty unit, however, I have to pay for the shipping! Since their product failed, I believe that they should be the one handling the return cost. Returning would already cost half the price I paid for this item.

Great 4 Family Outings!. Our family love going to the Drive In Movies but we were always concerned about would we have trouble getting home due to the fact that our truck was running its radio the entire time so that we could hear the movie. OBDII ECU reader. My check engine light recently went on in my car so i brought Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers to an STS auto center down the street and they wanted $85 just to hook up the computer and diagnose the problem. I decided to go on amazon an look for one similar to this. I have a 99 VW Passat and Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers dosnt communicate with my computer. The device seems very durable and a good buy but Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers deffinalty isn’t for volkswagens.

Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers has some issues with my 2001 Subaru Outback but I was able to get around Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers to address my needs. I did speak with their support and there is a chipset upgrade you would need to send the unit in for. After that Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers should work with anything I guess.

WORKS GREAT!!!!!!. This product worked great! The digital readout was definitely better than trying to count the “flashes of the dash”. I would also recommend purchasing the extension cable. That truly makes Repossed Cars Sale a one man job.

Difficult to hook up, but worked fine. I got this reader for my 1994 Explorer. Repossed Cars Sale was a bit difficult getting Repossed Cars Sale hooked up to my truck. Finding the OBD1 code port in the first place was not easy. Once I did find it, figuring out how this unit plugged into the port correctly took a bit of experimentation.

However, once Repossed Cars Sale was plugged in, Repossed Cars Sale read the codes out of my truck just fine.

The unit is not exactly intuitive, but once you figure Repossed Cars Sale all out, Repossed Cars Sale does work fine. I wouldn’t recommend Repossed Cars Sale for the novice.

Shop somewhere else!. For the price I paid, I would have expected more.

Actron CP9175, OBDII AutoScanner. I’ve used Public Auto Auctions Actron CP9175 AutoScanner Diagnostic Code Scanner with Freeze Frame Data for OBDII (Post-1996) Vehicles, on a 2001 Lincoln towncar and a 1999 BMW Z3. In both cases, the device performed flawlessly, and I’m very pleased with the ease of use.

Great product. The CP9175 worked great. We have a Subaru Baja and the reviews said Public Auto Auctions might not work on the Suby…WRONG! I was able to analyze the problem, and along with buying a manual for my 2003 Baja was able to locate and fix the problem, at a fraction of what a Dealer would have charged. This CP9175 has already paid for itself. I’ve also used Public Auto Auctions on friends vehicles (Ford Crown Vic, Nissan Quest) and Public Auto Auctions has read them all. GREAT product.

Works Easily as Described. I bought this to verify independently the meaning of a “Check Engine” light whose repair was to be quite expensive. I have had trouble with repairs made following prior interpretations of this light in the past. The device connected as explained in the documentation. Public Auto Auctions gave me the verification I wanted. My use is only occasional for information, so I can’t address how Public Auto Auctions might perform as a mechanic’s tool.

Great idea, COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Initially everything seemed to work fine and I stuck Repossed Cars For Sale in my car, never needing to be used. After a few months, I took Repossed Cars For Sale out to recharge it. After plugging Repossed Cars For Sale in, none of the 4 buttons (on/off, 2 function buttons, LED light button) were responsive. I let Repossed Cars For Sale charge for 24 hours at which point the on/off button was still nonresponsive but the 2 function buttons caused a high pitched wailing noise. The LED light didn’t work.

The next day, none of the buttons worked except for the LED light.

Do not buy this item!. Absolutely, positively, under no circumstances should you purchase this item! Wonderful Helper. I really like this product. Repossed Cars For Sale has come to my aid twice now and I;ve only had Repossed Cars For Sale a month. In 15 minutes I’m back on the road.

Lot of Bang for the Buck. I was motivated to order this when we lost our power (aren’t we all) due to an ice storm.

My opinion is skewed positive as I got this for $59.99 delivered, hit a good sale with free (after annual fee of course) Prime delivery.

Positives:

– two 12-volt sockets, two 110-volt sockets

– can be recharged with car or plugged in to 110-volt

– has float charge, so can be left plugged in indefinitely

– weather radio which can be set to sound alarm with alert

– by far best jumper cables of three units I have personally used

– low profile with solid base and good handle

– good predicted battery life (meaning hours of use you get)

– four built in leds for emergency light

– bonus USB port to charge USB chargeable items (you need your own cable)

Negatives:

– Cheesy radio quality, but ฺีัBuy Banks Repossed Cars works OK

– You have to tune in weather stations with knob, works but not quite as easy as digitally tuned weather stations

– cooling fan runs any time inverter is in use, my other units only run fan when they reach a certain power load. This may use a bit more juice

– a bit heavy to lug around, but hey, it’s a battery!

– the first unit I ordered the radio would not turn off, but the second worked fine, so hopefully that was just a bad unit. But, full disclosure

I actually bought three of these in deciding which to buy and decided this will stay in the office, as both a weather radio and a backup for my computer system when the power goes out.

I bet this would run my laptop for a day and possibly even my desktop with LCD monitor for a few hours at least.

I am using a smaller black and decker/vector for my trunk. Even in my Camry, this would take up a lot of real-estate in the trunk.

I think the main downside to these battery backup units is the battery will eventually die… maybe after 5 years or so. If your power goes out every few months for a few hours at a time, this will be a lifesaver. If ฺีัBuy Banks Repossed Cars only goes out every 5 years, you may find the battery in this is dead (meaning ฺีัBuy Banks Repossed Cars no longer holds a charge) when you need it… But, that is true of all battery-powered backup systems.

At $59 I would definitely buy again, would even buy one to keep at home. Even at $99, as much bang for the buck as most of what is out there.

Very disappointed. Not at all what I expected. Wanted to power 3 or 4 strings of 50-light Christmas mini lights for a couple hours with this, but didn’t even keep them lit for an hour. Not so great. I didn’t buy this from Amazon, but mine is just not useable. As others have noted, Motorcycle Bank Auctions is quite a bit larger than I expected. Also, Motorcycle Bank Auctions seems to charge, the lights come on normally, but Motorcycle Bank Auctions will not charge anything. Motorcycle Bank Auctions won’t work on my iPhone thru the USB port, and the AC port won’t power an external hard drive.

Mine may just be defective, but since I only paid $11 for it, it’s just not worth pursuing a repair or replacement to me. However, just beware that Motorcycle Bank Auctions may not provide enough power to charge anything other than basic cell phones.

Powered my DSL modem/router. I was interested in using this 20 watt battery pack to power my modem/router during power outages so that I could have internet access. Testing a fully charged unit, I set my laptop to stream internet radio and the B & D device powered my modem/router (a Zoom ADSL X6) for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Since this product has a niMH battery and I was concerned about self-discharge, I ran another test after the battery pack had been recharged and then unplugged and left alone for a week. This time Motorcycle Bank Auctions powered the modem/router for just over an hour. I also used Motorcycle Bank Auctions to power the Zenith DTT 901 tv converter box and got over 2 hours viewing time with it. I also tested a second unit with nearly identical results.

I have seen numerous complaints about these units – underperforming or not working on various electronics, so maybe I was just lucky, but I am exceptionally well pleased with this product and have purchased several more for family members.

battery backup time. i needed a battery back up just in case if i am unable to plug in my wall charger. i tested this unit several times after fully charging the back up unit and Motorcycle Bank Auctions will charge my cell phone for 20 minutes and then Motorcycle Bank Auctions will run out of energy.

the price dropped dramatically here on amazon so i am guessing Motorcycle Bank Auctions is being discontinued or Motorcycle Bank Auctions is on clearance.

Review of Actron 9190 . I found the 9190 to be a great tool. Impounded Imports Car Sale provides all the data I was looking for and displays in graph form data streems that I was needing to see. The Snap On scantools are much more exspensive and the Actron makes looking into ones own car service affordable. Thanks Actron

It worked for me.. I bought this to diagnose a misfiring cylinder. I had the same problem previously, and the dealer charged me $400 for diagnosis and repair. With this one use, I “broke even”.

The code scanner worked well. The graphing feature is of limited use. I’m hoping future software updates will make Impounded Imports Car Sale more useful. You can’t press the buttons too quickly, or they won’t work. I had to call the “help line” to install the driver so my computer could recognize the scanner via the USB cable.

Actron CP9190 Elite. Works great. Has already paid for itself in helping to diagnose problems several times. Clear instructions and very easy to use. All of my vehicles are out of warranty now and I must attempt to repair myself. Being an old shade tree mechanic and not very up to date on the newer systems, Impounded Imports Car Sale tool has helped me come up to speed. Great Tool. Very good product. Small, light weight, easy to use unit. We were having difficulty reading codes on a Dodge SRT supercharged truck and Car Auctions Public Broward unit out performed a commercial unit that notably was several years old but had recently been software up dated (to the tune of over $1,000). Great addition to an amateur’s toolbox!. This is my first scanner. I’ve been a backyard mechanic for 20 years. Mainly replacing brake pads, radios & other little stuff.
